This Privacy & Data Security Policy is issued by Global VIP Concierge LLC (referred to herein as "the Company", "we", "us", or "CHC"), doing business as Colombia Hair Clinic. This policy governs all services, digital platforms, and clinical coordination provided under the Colombia Hair Clinic brand.

1. Scope of Privacy & Data Confideniality

Colombia Hair Clinic maintains a rigorous privacy framework designed to protect the personal, financial, and clinical data of our clients. This policy governs the collection, storage, and cross-border transmission of all sensitive information processed through the CHC Method.

2. Data Collection & The Secure Patient Dossier

To facilitate an accurate clinical evaluation, we collect high-resolution imagery and medical history.

Encrypted Storage: All client data is compiled into a Secure Patient Dossier.
Secure Transmission: This dossier is shared with our independent medical partners in Colombia exclusively via encrypted, password-protected links.

3. Standard Media Rights

By engaging our services, you grant Colombia Hair Clinic the right to utilize "Before and After" imagery for clinical records and marketing.

Identity Protection: It is our standard protocol to digitally blur or obscure the eyes and identifying facial features of the client in all public marketing materials to ensure anonymity.
Full Identity Usage: Use of high-resolution, full-face imagery or video testimonials is strictly elective and requires a separate, written Brand Ambassador Agreement.

4. International Data Transfer

As a concierge facilitator, we coordinate care across international borders. By using our services, you expressly consent to the transfer of your data from the United States to our licensed clinical partners in the Republic of Colombia for the sole purpose of surgical assessment and logistical planning.
