REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Commitment & Cancellation Terms

8.1 The Commitment Fee: The $500 initial payment is an earned administrative fee. Upon payment, the Company immediately initiates the CHC Method: vetting independent providers, coordinating logistics and securing your surgical block-time reservation. This fee is strictly non-refundable but is credited 100% toward your total service balance upon arrival.

 

8.2 Cancellation & The "Surgical Blackout": To protect the availability of our elite surgical teams, we implement a strict 14-day "Blackout Period."

  • Cancellations > 14 Days: Any funds paid beyond the $500 reservation fee are refundable.

  • Cancellations < 14 Days: Because your surgical team and bilingual concierge are locked into a non-recoverable schedule, any logistics or coordination fees paid are non-refundable.

  • Medical No-Shows: Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without 14 days' written notice results in the full forfeiture of the reservation fee.

 

8.3 One-Time Rescheduling: Clients are permitted a one-time rescheduling of their surgery date provided notice is given at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Rescheduling requests made within the 14-day window are treated as a cancellation and will require a new reservation fee to secure a future date.
