TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: January 21, 2026
This Terms of Service is issued by Global VIP Concierge LLC (referred to herein as "the Company", "we", "us", or "CHC"), doing business as Colombia Hair Clinic. This policy governs all services, digital platforms, and clinical coordination provided under the Colombia Hair Clinic brand.
AT A GLANCE: OUR PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS
"Before you begin your journey with Colombia Hair Clinic, please review these core principles of our engagement. While the full legal framework of Colombia Hair Clinic follows below, these highlights define our commitment to your experience."
-
Logistics Focus: Colombia Hair Clinic is a premier concierge firm specializing in the management of travel, security, and administrative coordination.
-
Clinical Independence: All hair restoration procedures are performed by independent, licensed medical teams in Medellín, Colombia; we do not provide medical advice or surgical services ourselves.
-
Safety & Transparency: We serve as your professional bridge to elite care, ensuring every logistical detail of your "Naturally Invisible" transformation is handled with executive-level precision.
1. THE PROFESSIONAL ALLIANCE
This digital platform and all bespoke coordination services are the exclusive property of Colombia Hair Clinic. By accessing this site or engaging our firm, you (the "Client") enter into a binding agreement governed by the high standards of professional conduct and the legal frameworks outlined herein.
2. SCOPE OF CONCIERGE FACILITATION & LIMITATIONS
Our professional engagement is strictly limited to the administrative coordination of travel, vetting of independent providers, and logistical support through the proprietary CHC Method.
-
Non-Clinical Status: Our firm is a logistics and concierge entity. We do not perform medical procedures, nor do we offer clinical diagnosis, surgical treatment, or medical advice.
-
Independent Professional Care: All medical procedures, anesthesia, and clinical support are performed exclusively by independent, board-certified surgeons and licensed medical professionals in Colombia who maintain their own liability insurance and professional licensure.
-
Logistical Boundary: Our "facilitation" ends where "clinical care" begins. Colombia Hair Clinic does not exercise control over the surgical suite or the clinical judgment of the independent providers. The Company acts as a booking facilitator only; it does not exercise physical control over transportation or clinical facilities.
3. JURISDICTION OF MEDICAL CARE
All clinical procedures and surgical interventions facilitated through our firm are performed exclusively in the Republic of Colombia by autonomous healthcare professionals and facilities.
-
Governing Medical Law: All medical providers, clinics, and hospitals to which we provide concierge access are licensed and strictly governed by the Colombian Ministry of Health (Ministerio de Salud) and the Superintendence of Health (Superintendencia de Salud).
-
Independent Entity Status: These providers—including but not limited to surgeons, nurses, technicians, clinics, transportation providers, and hospitality vendors to which CHC provides access —are independently owned and operated entities. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Colombia Hair Clinic.
-
Legal Jurisdiction: The legal standard of care and any clinical disputes are subject exclusively to the laws and courts of the Republic of Colombia. By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges that malpractice legislation and patient rights are defined by Colombian jurisdiction, not the United States.
4. PROFESSIONAL LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In alignment with global industry standards,Colombia Hair Clinic acts as a bridge to care, not a guarantor of clinical results.
-
Independent Contractors: All surgeons, nurses, technicians, clinics, transportation providers, and hospitality/tourism vendors are independent third parties.
-
Assumption of Risk: The Client acknowledges that elective surgery carries inherent risks. Colombia Hair Clinic is not liable for medical outcomes, complications, or the professional judgment of the chosen clinical team in Colombia.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND INTEGRITY
The CHC Method, along with all visual elements, proprietary frameworks, and marketing assets of the Colombia Hair Clinic brand, are the protected intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction or use of these assets is strictly prohibited.
6. FLORIDA SELLER OF TRAVEL DISCLOSURE
Colombia Hair Clinic is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel.

-
Statutory Note: Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval or endorsement by the State of Florida.

7.1 Administrative Governing Law Except where Colombian medical law applies to clinical outcomes as described in Article 3, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
7.2 Operational & Tort Jurisdiction (The "Car Accident" Firewall) The Client acknowledges that all physical aspects of the journey—including, but not limited to, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and surgical interventions—take place entirely within the Republic of Colombia and are managed by independent third-party providers. Consequently:
-
Local Jurisdiction: Any claim arising from a personal injury, vehicular accident, or property damage occurring in Colombia is subject exclusively to the laws and courts of the Republic of Colombia.
-
Waiver of US Venue for Foreign Incidents: The Client irrevocably waives any right to bring a tort or personal injury claim against Colombia Hair Clinic in any United States court for incidents occurring on Colombian soil.
7.3 Exclusive Venue for Contractual Disputes Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the administrative or concierge services provided by Colombia Hair Clinic (such as billing disputes or coordination failures) shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
-
Forum Non Conveniens: The Client irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to the laying of venue in Pinellas County on the basis of an inconvenient forum (forum non conveniens).
8. INDEMNIFICATION
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Colombia Hair Clinic, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Client’s own breach of these Terms or any negligent actions taken by the Client while utilizing facilitated services in the Republic of Colombia.
9. BILLING & TRANSACTION RECOGNITION
All deposits and administrative fees are processed by Global VIP Concierge LLC dba Colombia Hair Clinic. To ensure transaction recognition and prevent administrative errors, the Client acknowledges that the billing descriptor on credit card or bank statements will appear as "GLOBAL VIP CONCIERGE". Any unauthorized disputes or chargebacks initiated solely due to a failure to recognize this legal entity name are a breach of this Agreement.
9.1 Administrative Fees: The initial deposit and check-in fees are paid to Global VIP Concierge LLC for travel coordination and logistics. These transactions will appear on your statement as "GLOBAL VIP CONCIERGE".

9.2 Clinical Balance: The final balance for medical services is paid directly to the Medical Provider onsite in Medellín. This is a separate financial transaction between the Client and the Medical Provider based on the final number of grafts transplanted. The Company is not a party to this clinical payment and does not receive, process, or guarantee these funds.
